* 開発本部には出社義務はありません。チームの状態によってはEMやメンバーが出社を提案しオフィスに集まる場合があります
* 関東在住のメンバーも自宅より（リモート）勤務しているメンバーが多いです
* 集まるタイミングとしては、おにぎり会（開発本部キックオフ）や全社総会などがあります

* コアタイムは 11:00\~16:00 です
### 副業可能
* 社内にも副業をしているメンバーが多数います。気になる方は面談時にお伺いください
### 休日休暇
* 休日休暇：土日祝日、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇
* 年次有給休暇は、6ヶ月間継続勤務し、所定労働日数の8割以上出勤した場合に、10日間付与されます（勤続期間に応じて最大20日）
* 有給休暇を付与される前の社員向けに、スタディストでは「あんしん休暇」と呼ばれる独自の休暇制度を導入しています\
