# あんしん休暇

スタディストでは「あんしん休暇」と呼ばれる独自の制度を導入しており、**まだ年次有給休暇が付与されていない正社員全員に、入社時点で5日間付与**しています。

年次有給休暇は6ヶ月間継続勤務し、所定労働日数の8割以上出勤した場合に10日間付与されます。\
有給が付与されるまでの間に、こんなことはありませんか？

* 自分や家族の体調不良
* 子供の入学式などのイベント
* どこかにゆっくりでかけたい

そんなときにあんしん休暇を利用できます。
